Everything you need to know about our secure logistics protocols and global synchronization.
Absolutely. Every package undergoes our "Stealth Masking" protocol. We use generic exterior packaging, non-descript sender labels, and secondary vacuum sealing to prevent scent detection. No mention of the contents or MagnoFreight appears on the external wrapping.
All communications via our Internal Messaging Hub are AES-256 encrypted. We do not store permanent logs on our public servers; once a thread is closed, it is archived to an offline air-gapped facility after 24 hours.
For high-risk or high-value transit, we require an Insurance Security Bond. This 89% deposit acts as a guarantee against loss or seizure. This fee is 100% refundable once the package is delivered and you confirm its integrity via your dashboard.
International shipment clearance often requires diplomatic or specialized handling to bypass standard bureaucratic delays. The 72% fee covers expedited clearing house duties, diplomatic exemptions where applicable, and secure final-mile delivery.
Don't panic. This is a standard checkpoint for 95% of our international shipments. It typically means our on-site clearing agents are awaiting payment confirmation or processing paperwork. Ensure your billing is up to date and check your messages frequently.
We provide global delivery to over 140 countries including North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Certain "Restrictive Zones" may require additional transit time for secure relay.
Log into your client dashboard and click "Contact Billing Department". This will open a secure, encrypted link directly to our financial dispatchers who can assist with payment verifications and refunds.
For security reasons, Tracking IDs are never sent via unencrypted email. Please check your original physical receipt or contact the sender. We cannot provide Tracking IDs via public support channels for your own protection.
Our dispatch team is available 24/7 via the secure messaging link in your dashboard.
